These crosses are designed to fit snugly in your hand and can have many functions. Maybe to remind you of the suffering of Christ on the cross, maybe to have silent prayer with for your self or for others who are suffering, as an act of repentance, to silently cry out to God, or maybe just as a comfort to enable you to be close to God, to feel His strength, mercy, presence, love and total acceptance.
As I hold this cross Lord, I rejoice in You and know that you have the final word in everything we are and do, knowing that your love for us is indestructible and unconditional.
